Long Island's PCOS Personal Trainer
Ginny is a Long Island, New York-based personal trainer with over 20 years experience in fitness and health.
I hold a degree in Physical Education and Health Education from Hofstra University, and I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist and Weight Lost Specialist.
But more importantly, I specialize in something most programs overlook: how women actually respond to training when hormones, stress, and metabolism are involved.
I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) at a young age, and experienced firsthand how few fitness programs are designed for hormonal and metabolic challenges.
Most training approaches assume the body responds the same way for everyone.
That’s not reality.
