Before I became a certified personal trainer, I'd started over a million times. I was a victim of yo-yo dieting.  I cut calories. I used shakes.  I was on dieting plans where food was sent to my house.  They all worked while I was on it, but the weight always crept back.  It took me a while to realize that dieting was a lost cause.  Over time I've learned that exercise is enjoyable and provides stress relief.  Food is enjoyable but it is also fuel for the body.  Finding a healthy lifestyle that works for me was the end goal.  Through education, knowledge and experience, I've created programs that can work for you, too!
