An extension of our BE Fit! 30 program, this 12-week challenge was lengthened to give our clients time to build healthy habits long term. The BE Fit! Brigade is designed to work online in both a group and individual setting. Each workout program is designed based on your own individual needs - either to lose weight, gain weight or maintain weight. Workouts can be built to be used in the home, gym or both. Within the online support group, clients will be provided with nutritional information, personal growth challenges, and community support.
