What's so great about this plan?

  1.  It is self-led.  There are 12 weeks worth of workouts, but you have 16 weeks to complete them all. Miss a workout?  No big deal.  Just shift it to another day.  After 16 weeks, your access to the plan will end.
  2. Its full of choices to fit your needs.  You'll receive 12 weeks of workouts with 3 scheduled workouts a week.  All workouts will be laid out in a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule, but YOU can shift them to another day if those days don't work for you.
  3. YOU get to choose what plan you want!  No special equipment needed.  Use what you have on hand.  No equipment available?  Choose the bodyweight workouts.  Only have dumbbells or resistance band at home?  No problem!  Choose the resistance band-based or dumbbell-based strength training plan.  Gym membership?  There is a gym machine based plan, too!  **New this year, you can choose to combine the dumbbell and resistance band plans to get workouts that combine both.
  4.  Easy access!! All workouts are available in our private app either on your smartphone or tablet. This enables you to not only keep track of your fitness progress, record stats, see personal exercise bests, but also allows a space for tracking body stats (IF this is something you prefer).

Everyone who signs up will schedule an appointment for a brief phone or virtual meeting consultation to setup your program.  All programs begin on Monday, June 13, 2022.

All clients will be invited to participate in a private Facebook support group where you can interact with other BE Fit clients and Coach Ginny.  As an added bonus, you'll also receive a FREE pdf of a PCOS Nutritional Guide with  information from respected PCOS Registered Dietitian, Martha McKittrick.
